Privacy

Privacy and legal notice.

What I process, why, who processes it for me, and your rights under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What I process, and why

When you book a call or appointment: your name, email address, meeting details, and anything you choose to tell me about your project, to perform the booking (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe; I receive confirmation and billing details but never your card number. When you write to me: your email and its contents, to answer you (legitimate interest). When you visit the site: Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless statistics, and your IP address is processed transiently to deliver the site (legitimate interest in operating and improving it). Video calls take place on Google Meet.

Processors

Cal.com, Inc. (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google (email on Google Workspace, calendar and Meet), and Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and my agreements with them. I do not sell or share personal data for advertising. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Embedded video

The talk on the home page is hosted on YouTube, which acts as an independent controller. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the player then uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Transfers abroad

Several of these providers process data in the United States. Where personal data leaves Switzerland or the EU/EEA, it is protected by recognized safeguards: the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses, per each provider’s terms.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own, and its analytics is cookieless. Services you choose to use (booking on Cal.com, payment on Stripe, playing the video on YouTube) set their own cookies under their own policies.

Retention

Booking and payment records are kept for 10 years (Swiss commercial-record retention). Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purpose it was sent. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a copy in portable form. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

Appointment terms are in the booking and cancellation policy. The Axis Workflow project site has its own notice at axisworkflow.ai/privacy. Effective: 21 October 2026.
