Not every need is an engagement. Talks and workshops get people working with AI agents directly, built around your own projects rather than a demo.
Lectures for leadership teams, offsites and conferences on working effectively with AI systems and agents: what the evidence says, where projects fail, and what discipline looks like in practice.
Interactive, hands-on sessions for teams adopting AI agents: directing agents, judging output, keeping records and cross-examining important work. Sized to your group and taught on your projects.
Pricing
Sessions are booked and paid online. On-site work and larger engagements are agreed in writing before they start.
Advisory and working sessions by video. Booked and prepaid online.
Workshops, talks and intensive working days at your premises. Minimum two days in Europe and five days in the United States.
Practicalities
Me. There is no bench of junior consultants, and nothing is handed off.
No. I don’t resell models, platforms or subscriptions. The Axis Workflow I use is my own project, and it is free and open source.
In Switzerland. I work by video anywhere, and on site in Europe and the United States.
Then I’ll say so in the first conversation. A short, honest answer is a better start than an engagement you didn’t need.
