Independent and Trusted
Talking to Chat is the easy part.
The hard part is everything else: deciding what AI Agents should do, checking what they actually did, adapting your organizational processes, and building the habits you need to keep up after the consultants leave for the next project.
I help executives and teams do all of that on real projects that already hit your bottom line.

Where AI goes wrong
AI is fast.
But it also has to be right.
Most AI trouble is not technical. It shows up in three places, usually after the pilot when you are hopelessly committed.
Agents run off the rails
AI agents work quickly, tirelessly, and sometimes exactly wrong. You need to frame the work, set limits, and own the decisions. You need to stay in the loop.
Plausible is not correct
Output that looks right is not the same as output that is right. Without rigorous and independent cross-examination, small errors compound quietly.
Nothing is written down
Decisions, context, lessons, and learnings evaporate between sessions, tools and people. How often do you find yourself starting over again from zero?
The above are management problems, not tech problems.
And that is where I work: with real people and real projects.
Engagements
Five ways to work together.
Every engagement runs on your real work, and I deliver it personally. No platform to buy, no subscription, no bench of junior consultants.
Executive Advisory
One-on-one sessions for people who direct AI work: how to frame it, judge it, and build habits that compound.
Second opinionWorkflow Audit
An independent read of how your AI work is really done: what the agents did, what they skipped, and what to tighten.
When it sprawlsProject Rescue
A plan on file, tasks tracked, records kept and a clean thread to resume from - before more budget burns.
Getting startedAxis Onboarding
Your first disciplined AI project, set up on your own material: a plan, a first task handed to an agent, and a first independent check of its work.
For teamsAxis for Teams
Shared conventions so a team runs one disciplined project instead of five private chats.
AlsoTalks & workshops
Keynotes for leadership teams and hands-on workshops for groups adopting AI agents.
How an engagement runs
One route, four stages.
-
Stage 1
A conversation
You describe the project in a paragraph or a short call, and get a straight answer on whether outside help is worth it.
-
Stage 2
A look at the real work
I review what is actually being done - the briefs, the outputs, the records - rather than a slide about it.
-
Stage 3
Working sessions
We work on your projects together. You stay in charge of the work; I make sure it is directed, checked and recorded.
-
Stage 4
Records you keep
You finish with plans, decisions and evidence on file, and with the habits to keep producing them without me.
The Axis Workflow
A powerful option, never a requirement.
I created the Axis Workflow™: a free, open-source way to run AI agents on real projects, with a plan, tracked tasks, write-once records and an independent check of important work.
Where it fits, we can use it to give your project a trail you own. Where it doesn’t, we won’t - the advice stands on its own.
What participants say
Same teacher. Same standards. New tools.
The practice is new; the teaching behind it is not. These comments come from participants in Data Science for Managers, the executive program I founded and directed at EPFL.
Demystified AI for me. It showed the potential of machine learning, while also making clear its limitations. …
… Prof. Younge gives an extensive overview of the field and the course helped me to improve how I work with our Machine Learning engineers. …
The course is like a Neural Network on steroids. Content is deep and wide, but very well explained, and delivered with passion by Ken and the team.
A short talk
Putting machine intelligence to work.
Prefer to listen before you write? This short talk, given at Applied Machine Learning Days at EPFL in 2020, covers the subject in my own words.

Next step
Tell me about the project.
A paragraph is enough to start. You will hear back from me directly.
